The fee must be collected before the appointment is made and becomes non refundable the day before the appointment. ღ Late Policy: 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes there is a chance your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a 20% fee. ღ Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment day will be charged a 20% fee. ღ I do not work on top of sets that are not my own, there is a $5 charge for removals. ღ For lash fills you must have at least 50% of your lashes left, please book a full set if you’re unsure.
